Trigger: Warm intro, meaningful call held, proposal opportunity confirmed
Paid as invoice or experiences (gift cards, tickets, travel etc)
Tier 2 · The Catalyst
10%
Ten percent of first-year revenue from any project that closes with your referred client, on top of your Tier 1 reward.
Trigger: Referral converts into a signed project
Paid within 30 days of the project invoice being settled
